Come to New York City Back School

You are central to your pain alleviation with New York City chiropractic care.

The central theme of Back School is that we limit back pain, not necessarily cure it. Acknowledgement of the fact that, you have a transitional segment that puts your spine at risk for instability and limits the stress it can take, goes a long way in gaining confidence knowing that you can limit its pain and take back your quality of life again. Innate Wisdom puts high priority on improving your quality of life.

Back School helps you and those close to you understand your spinal pain condition(s) and what is necessary to control your pain. Watching a loved one suffer makes us feel helpless. Finding out what is wrong and what can be done in office at Innate Wisdom as well as at home which provides everyone an opportunity to help.

Back School explains spine pain symptoms, relates that spine pain is not a solitary experience, gives examples for correct movements for daily living, and gets all of us on the same page to assist the back pain sufferer.

The Innate Wisdom presentation of Back School emphasizes that back pain control, not cure is generally the goal. It's a realistic goal for our New York City chiropractic patients and their families and loved ones.
